Shipping & Returns

We now offer Free Ground Shipping on most items (minimum order $40 for free shipping). Standard shipping in most cases takes 1-3 days, depending on the distance from the distribution centers.
Expedited Shipping is available but to get the most accurate quote for shipping cost and to make sure we can meet your timeline for delivery please call (800-205-6783).

Note 'free shipping does not include international destinations, Alaska or Hawaii'. Also, there are restrictions on products that cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of shipping
companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Also please note: Listed shipping rates on the website are the current UPS list rates including any discount associated
with Summit Media and Plotterpaper.com.

Shipping Locations:
Orders will ship from the closest location to your address when possible. We ship products from California, Florida, Georgia,
Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington State.

Sales Tax:
Due to the Wayfair vs South Dakota Ruling. We are now collecting Sales Tax on all orders shipped into California, Georgia, Florida,
Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Tennessee. We expect this to increase over time as more states require
economic nexus to be fulfilled. If you are tax exempt, please be aware that a valid sale and use tax certificate form will have
to be filed before order processing so sales tax can be removed from any order place. We will also have to verify the information
to make sure it is valid to protect us from future issues with the taxing authorities.

Delivery:
Most orders are shipped the same business day or within 1-2 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays).
Our standard shipping is FedEx and UPS Ground, the carrier choice will be based on the best rate for the free shipping option.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. UPS Next-Day Air and 2nd Day Air service is available, however, for us to meet your
deadline and expedite the order it must be received or called in before 1 p.m. on that business day for processing, Call (800-205-6783)
for customer service to ensure we can meet your delivery period for your shipment. Next-Day Air shipment will typically arrive in
1-2 business days depending on the shipping option you choose. Freight shipments do not include inside delivery, there would be
additional fees associated with inside deliveries, which do not fall under our free freight option. You will be contacted before your order ships to discuss this option. The only exception is if your location has a truck high dock, and the driver can offload into the building.
Customers accept sole responsibility for freight and insurance, payment of all applicable tax, for the order.

Damages:
All damage to shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Any damage not reported within this period will be
denied replacement, due to Fed Ex and UPS claims processing. All damage claims require the following items, pictures of the damage to the product, pictures of the manufacturer label from the box and the lot# label, these are usually found on the end of the box in most cases. No damage claims will be honored without our receiving the aforementioned items.

Holidays:
We observe the following Holidays and will not process or ship any orders on the following days. Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year Day.

Shipping Cut off times:
Order received before 1 p.m. est. will be processed that same day and except for any kind of hold, credit card hold,
inventory issues, etc. Will be shipped within 24 hrs. of placement. We strive to provide timely delivery of your orders.

International orders:
International orders are not accepted at this time, but we hope to be able to service you in the future.

Returns and Refunds:
We will gladly accept returns for our sales order errors or mis-shipments caused by our errors, provided the customer contacts us
and returns the item(s) within 30 business days. All returns must be in their original factory sealed boxes.

Made to Order Items:
These items are produced at the time of order and will require a minimum of five business days for manufacture, as they
are not stocked for quick shipping. Please make a note of this when ordering, to allow for the additional lead times.

Note: Made to Order items are not returnable or refundable.

HP and Kodak Products are non-returnable.

Item(s) ordered in error by the customer:
Customers must call within 30 days of receipt for an RMA # (returns merchandise authorization), and instructions on where to ship the product(s) freight prepaid by the customer, before shipping item(s). Any items not reported within the 30 days from receipt will be denied.

Refunds will be in the same form as payment originally used minus a 20% restocking fee within 3 to 4 weeks of our receiving the return. No packages can be accepted without a PlotterPaper.com RMA # number.

(Call 800-205-6783 between 9 am - 6 pm EST to get an RMA number) For faster service, please have the following information on
hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number, and nature of the problem. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPCs on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

We must receive the product within TEN (10) DAYS of RMA for you to receive proper credit. Title and risk of loss or damage during shipment pass to the buyer upon consignment to the carrier for delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to check shipments for freight damage before accepting the shipment from the carrier and to reject any damaged items. Should the buyer accept damaged items, it will be the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the freight carrier for damage caused by the carrier.

Warranties and Liability:
Products sold by us are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty for that product. Defective product policies will be as determined
by the product manufacturer. The buyer is required to return defective items to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
The buyer of the product is fully responsible for determining if the product is suitable for its intended use or purpose. The Buyer shall look to the
manufacturer for any product liability claims and hold us harmless from any product claims. We shall not be liable under any circumstances
for breach of warranty or other damages because of products manufactured by others and sold by us.
