Excellent quality paper runs clean and consistent. Xerox Engineering Systems machines require 'Taped to Core', all other users should choose the 'Not Taped'.

The 'Taped to Core' began with Xerox. An earlier model machine used it as a breaking sysytem as the paper came close to the end. The machine was fast for the day until the next model came out which ran faster yet did not use the same breaking system.

Therefore, xerox engineering systems machines require 'Taped to Core', all other useres should choose 'Not Taped' sometimes called 'Untaped'.
